All SimmerShield products are shipped from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.  We use Canada Post or USPS for shipping.  Please note that SimmerShield is not responsible for any packages that go missing after tracking shows that they have been successfully delivered.

Handling

We aim to ship within 1-3 business days of your order, usually on the faster end of that range.

Shipping

Typical shipping time estimates are 2-4 business days to the US and 2-8 business days to Canada.

Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping times for both Canada Post and USPS may be longer than normal.

Duties / Taxes

Your country, state, province, region, etc may collect duties and/or taxes based on the value of the package in accordance with applicable regulations in your country/region. These duties/taxes are your responsibility and payment may be required on or before delivery.  SimmerShield is not responsible for any packages held by customs due to non-payment of any duties/taxes owed. If your country’s customs officials return a package to us, any fees charged to SimmerShield will be deducted from your refund.
