Warranty

All SimmerShield products are covered by a 1 year warranty from purchase date against manufacturing/material defects.  If your product fails due to these reasons, please contact us.

SimmerShield alone will determine if a return/replacement is warranted and instruct you on next steps. The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.  The warranty does not cover any products that have been modified in any way or used for rental purposes.

Returns

Unused products in new condition can be returned for refund (less 10% handling fee) within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us to initiate a return.

The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.  SimmerShield is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipment.  The refund (less 10% handling fee) will be processed after the returned item has arrived at SimmerShield in good condition.  SimmerShield alone will determine if a refund is warranted after inspecting the returned product.
